Thanks for the comments, one of the reasons I hadn't based him was just in case I had some input like that. The ruck sack especially needs tweaking now that you mention it and I agree with the wounds. Actually I think I agree with everything you wrote there. Mainly my issue was I started this guy a LONG time ago I started rushing a bit as I got closer to finishing him. Oh well only four more to go!

ok just about there. (I noticed some damage on the pipe coming out of his left arm. (Note to self - put the figures on weighted bases when painting!). Haven't done the base yet obviously. Hope these pictures are a bit better.

Actually completely disagree with you. Space Hulk is an extremely balanced game if the Marines are played by someone who knows what they are doing. Most people I play against complain how hard it is for the stealers to win, but again if played by someone who knows the tactics the stealers are effective. Just make sure you use as much cross fire as you can in overwatch, be patient and protect your flamers. Flamers are mainly used to block map sections, killing stealers is a bonus,

I saw a picture from the UK GD and that had one that looked similar to the big manbat version from Bram stockers Dracula. That looked pretty cool.

I like the skellies, they do look a lot more skelly if you know what I mean and their weapons look pretty cool to.

Sorry simple misunderstanding - I thought you were referring to his use of computer aided design techniques. As to the press molding issue, personnaly I have never seen Scribor deny the use of them (doesn't mean he hasn't). He has certainly come out swinging a couple of times when people have made disparaging comments about his work but considering the level of vitriol often sent his way I can't blame him. I have also seen his work in the pages of White Dwarf so GW must presumably be pretty comfortable with his commercial activities around their IP.

I really like the dwarves, I like the chunky feel to them and for me the sculpting is superb. I would agree with the hands on the human wizard guy though. I thourghly get sick of hearing people moaning about his use of press molds. It's a tool, just like some people use stencils for armour and scales. If you don't like the effect fine but most people seem to indicate it shows a lack of talent - I think that is nonsense.
