The wings are made of plastic so there's no way I could bend them. They do have some curves in them just that they don't quite show on the pics. If you look carefully the middle pic shows how the wings are curved. Hopefully when its properly painted the highlights and shading should show it more. Fortunately, the owner has opted out the 3 guys that has chains attached to her or it'll be hell even just putting it together.

Hi folks, I'm been working on this commission since starting of the month and this is what I have so far. Owner decides the colour scheme, which is pretty much the original one on the box cover. Only difference is that I've used NNM. Also, requested to have wings on her which is a pain due to the sculpt. I would personally have dropped the shoulder guards which looked rather bulky for my taste. This is still very much a wip and I have roughly slap on some whites on the wings to determind the light so its kinda messy atm. So what do you guys think of the wings or any suggestions to improve?

Could have been a strong entry there. The weapon looks a little shiny though, especially the red and yellow stripes and could benefit with some toning down with some rust or chipping effects.

Sorry to know about the loss. She must be a great grandma. My condolence.

It looks great. One thing I'll like to point out is that for the fallen one, the model itself isn't sitting nicely on to the rock.

That's 1 of my favorites. The colour choice is great and I like the overall mood.

Thats a cool piece of monkey crap! I think my $$ is on it since I'm a mid nor collector. Its a much bigger/cooler version of the castle of desolation. Awesome as the new sculpts maybe, I'm very saddened by their move to constantly change the rules for Confrontation. Well that's that's different topic.

Looking great but I find the orange a little too bright and clean for my taste.

Doesn't do anything for me at all.

Trees are nice but dun really fancy the shacks.

I love the red shawl and the freehand on it. However I'm not too keen on the dress. I think it could be the patterns. Perhaps if you have done some smaller repeated patterns instead of these big patterns or even just leave it plain, it could look better?

Well sometimes you just sit around and paint too much till you lose all sense of directions and your skills start to come to a still or even drop in standard. It happens to me most of the time. I stop painting for a period of time, and when I eventually get motivated to paint again I often find myself doing better then before.

Might be too early to judge still but it looks rather promising.

Me thinks its very professionally done. Layout is simple to follow and clear. Read your tutorial too and noticed a slight issue there. You stated that you'll be using purple and yellow as the main colours but the completed model didn't show this? ok I had another look and realised I was an idiot. That is the GW's version and not yours.

The colour very much reminds me of the troll bloods of PP I painted earlier. Very cute looking!

I quite like Maria, not the usual pose type you see everyday.
