    Seperate bases generally look a bit crap IMO, pin them in. You can always whip them off later. My only foray into diorama uses pins: http://www.coolminiornot.com/165576 (wish I'd made the scene smaller grrrrrr!)

    Interesting effect, I keep meaning to try coloured metals...perhaps glazing a shiny silver with a tamiya clear or just mixing a colour in...Hmmmmm.

    PP multipart is usually a massive pain so won't bother but nice sculpts.

    Yuo, nothing to add, get the moldlines removed and go from there. Most important to get the basecoats on smoothly then show us another pic.
