Wyrd Miniatures, LLC. is currently looking for a full time Office and Hobby Assistant to help with various tasks around the office. Your primary responsibility is customer service over the phone, in person, and online. In addition, you will be responsible for assembling and painting products as needed.

[*]Handle all customer inquiries and requests, including answering the phone, responding to e-mail, and handling support requests.
[*]Assist in the processing and filing of paperwork, ensuring that no documentation is lost or missed.
[*]Assemble and paint miniatures and terrain to a reasonable quality.

[color=#ffa500][b]Requirements[/b][/color][list]
[*]Superb communication skills in both verbal and written form.
[*]Composure in tense situations.
[*]Attention to detail to ensure paperwork is completed accurately and completely.
[*]Familiarity with Wyrd products, particularly Malifaux.
[*]Ability to handle the assembly and painting of products.

Special consideration will be given to any candidate with customer service experience.
