Virtus
Are you allowed to run multiple copies of an upgrade on one model? I'm curious to see whether or not Jack Daw may run multiple copies of a specific curse, since the curses don't specify rare limit or Limited. 3 Dogmantra
No you can't. Upgrade cards follow these restrictions: A model may only have Upgrades of the Crew’s declared Faction, regardless of the model’s Faction. A model may not purchase more than one Upgrade with the same name. A model may only purchase one Upgrade with the Limited restriction. A Crew may not have the same Upgrade more times than the Upgrade’s Rare restriction value. Models must meet all other restrictions (such as Name or specific Crew Leader) of an Upgrade. from pg 90 in the rules manual

Just a typo?

Just a typo? Was Enforcer Nothing beast rare 1? I honestly can't remember. Henchman Nothing beast is rare 1 so it certainly has no use now, but the second wave of upgrades had some very silly numbers of cards printed in it. You can see the Nothing Beast card on the errata page: https://www.wyrd-games.net/malifaux-faq-errata/

I can't remember if the old version was rare 1 or not. Just checked Chronicles, 07, Enforcer Nothing beast was also rare 1. So no reason for it. I'd guess a mis- pack.
