Lady J "Juggernaut"

Hello!

I have a quick question about Lady J’s Juggernaut ability.

 

The ability reads “(1) Juggernaut: This model may discard a card to heal 1/2/4 Damage.”

 

Dose that mean that you discard a card to make a healing flip or your healing is decided by the discarded card? For example I discard a 7 and heal 2 wounds.

I think that this is a healing flip. This is how we play it.

I'd say you discard a card, and then make a (seperate) healing flip with the spread mentioned.

Yeah, that’s what’s make most sense to me as well. Just got a little confused since most of the healing abilities, far from all though, mention that it’s a flip.
