Nihilism

Could someone clafiry for me please.

 

Does Nihilism count as an immunity to conditions?

For example The Eternal Flame's Combustible Mixture - Models in 6 lose all immunity to the burning Condtion

 

I would say that the Model gains Burning and before the condtion is applied Nihilsm triggers allowing the player to choose not to be gain it. Therefore it is not immune it just chooses not to have the condition applied.

 

Is this right?

Here's the wording on Nihilism:

Nihilism: Whenever this model would gain a Condition it may choose to not gain the Condition instead.

From the "would gain" and "choose not to" wording I'd say it never gains the Condition.

Nihlistic models are not immune they just don't care enough to have one. If they don't want it. Hamlin and nix are self serving like that.
