Multiple Mispack Submissions

Hi,

I've purchased 4 boxes within the last two weeks and have submitted 4 mispack/damage reports as I've opened/put models together and found pieces (mostly heads) missing.

Is there a good way to consolidate those reports so I'm not costing Wyrd bunches in shipping?

As a side note, I can never find packer initials. Where should I look?

Keep in mind that the Wyrd staff is on holiday until next week, and that they only message you if there is a problem / they need more info. If you haven't received your missing pieces by Valentine's Day, I'd submit a new report.

I know that when I've submitted them, then given up on it arriving, it arrived shortly thereafter.

I made a submission for a missing Chiaki head from my Yan Lo box back in November. I expected a delay due to black Friday and holidays.

At the same time I realize things get lost this time of year, no ones fault, it just happens. How long should I give before I make a resubmission?
