M2E Poison and Burning Killing models

So I do not have the new book and was wondering if an enemy model dies due to your Poison of Burning does it could as your kill now or does it still count as not your kill as it did in the past, in a similar vain what about hazardous terrain that you place down and forcing a model to fall?

Good question. I cant find anything in the Beta document to answer this. Hopefully there's something in the book that will give us an answer otherwise we may have the first Rules Marshall clarification of M2E.

Gut instinct tells me that they count as dying to no one in particular.

I can't find anything specific but the Burning Condition states that if you die from it it is removed, so I would say that you died from catching on fire or poison. Now as to the cause of that condition as how it counts for VP purposes, I have no idea.
