So what is the best guess for Malifaux 2E core books hitting the FLGS? I am seeing listings at various distributors, but no dates..... I looked for something in news or an official pinned notice, but came up blank. Mostly saw GenCon threads, which is to be expected.

I don't need specifics, month/quarter or even 'we don't know yet' would be fine so I can plan...

End of September is the plan, and we're all hoping that Wyrd can meet the schedule they set themselves early on. For one thing, we need our books to be able to playtest the second wave of models which is meant to begin next month too.

I had ordered several of the box sets to see about getting interest up at my FLGS right about the time news about 2E hit us. Interest has been guarded about it because no one wants to invest in 1E with 2E around the corner. It looks like most of the sets I have are in 1st Wave so all I really need is a new Rulebook and the updated cards.

The only thing I couldn't seem to find was a timeline.....

Usually their releases are the last week of the listed month, with some stores getting them the first or second week of the next month, and everything is subject to change.

Out of interest, does anyone have some idea of when these releases could hit the UK?

I'm fully aware that specific information is probably right out, but having not paid attention at previous Gencons I don't know if there's a significant lag between things arriving in American stores and UK shops.

From the Gencon thread we get the expected release Month

Releases are normally in about the 3rd week of the month, so UK distrubution should get them before the end of the month.

Your own shop will vary, but I normally see the online ones get them for sale by the 25th or so of the month
