Repeated Harmless Checks?

gonzo917

Question

I'm kicking myself for having to ask this, but i've just started malifaux after almost a 5 week vacation frin it. If a model is harmless and an enemy targets it; does the enemy have to make a harmless check for each attack or just the initial? I know for terrifying you only have to make the first check then you're good for the whole activation.

Each attack/action that targets the model you need to make that check. Same goes with Irresistible (Wp -> 12 or action/attack fails)

You are correct in Terrifying the check is done once.

By the way, a moddel with "Harmless" looses the effect from harmless when it performs a other action than a "walk" or a "pass" right so far?

Does the moddel regain the effect in the next Turn or is the "harmless" effect gone for the whole game?

Yeah, that would mean 1 test to do the Flurry since it is a target ability. Then 1 per strike action after that.

Ummm, no.

Flurry itself requires no target. You dont need to test when declaring it.

Just declare it, discard your card, then make your test before your first strike. And then before every strike after that.
