I plan to show, I feel like getting in some practice. Would anyone have an issue if I proxied in a Judge model, I own a ton of guild, but not enough to constitute a starter box. The other option is my Outcasts, but I want a change.

I can't speak for the TO but, in my opinion, I don't think that would be a problem as the regulars at the WD are a pretty laid back sort. If it is an issue, I will lend you a judge model from my Dead Justice box.

Hope to see you all this Saturday.

Not a problem, and as Tek mentioned, we might have some that you can borrow. If my son is using his Sonnia or Hoffman, he will likely not need his judge.

I think I might be bringing Guild as well. I'd seriously love to bring my wife's Yan Lo proxy crew but I don't think she would part with the new shiny for a month

That Yan Lo is AWESOME looking...

The Izamu proxy reminds me of a 40K Chaplain...

Getting close...

By the RSVPs and conversations/emails I have had, beginners are going to outnumber "vets" by a good sized margin. So if anyone has been looking for a good chance to try out a tournament without being worried about facing "power gamers", this is shaping up to be a great opportunity.

Of the "veteran" players coming, I happen to know that none of them are "that guy" anyway, so expect the vets to be helpful and friendly. (Except Korrosion... He kicks dogs, steals candy from children and uses Collodi)

Much thanks to the vets that helped me prepare, like Nilus(Lots of Terrain), Korrosion(Lots of Table-tops) and TekDekay(Lots of terrain, much of which was made for this tourney in the last couple weeks) and the vets that came out today(Like ShadowOpal and Necrarch) and were very helpful to the flock of new players.

For our Indianapolis brethren, I hope your next journey is less fraught with issues. Your presence was appreciated. (Varakov and "Indy")

Also thanks to Ratty for having the tourney software for use. Once Korrosion and I went through the export format, we were able to do hand-edits of the pairings to handle drop outs and byes and then re-import the desired pairings, so it really handled all our needs.

Photos of stuff to come...
