+100 to the shopping basket idea, it encourages impulse buying, facilitates the flow of $$$$, and last but not least makes it a little easier to get everything you need on that first time through the line. Ok that last point may not always be true as we all seem to be drawn back multiple times due the aura of awesomeness (+5 awesome condition which cannot be removed or reduced)

Yeah who knows, it really not anything to worry about. I do know of at least 1 game system that did let people know a couple of weeks ago that they submitted for a couple events and what they were, so I thought to start this thread back then. But like I said, GenCon is releasing event schedule tomorrow night at 9 so we can find out then.

Yeah I figured as much on that thread being around but just thought whoever submitted events might know what was in the works even if they didn't have specific days/times. No worries as I guess we will find out tomorrow night at 9pm EST.

Hey All, Since we are a little less than a month out from Gen Con event registration, has there been any word on Malifaux events going on in the gaming hall? I know what has been done in the past but figure it never hurts to see what is in the works.

I thought Wyrd succeeded because the game was good? Yes the models are cool and all but I would never have bought any models if the game wasn't and continued to be engaging and fun. Odd, i didn't really get that from Mako's post, but I guess the real question is what do you hope to accomplish given the decision has been made? The plastic vs metal debate has been going on for years and will continue to do so, however once a company has made a decision to move to a different medium there really isn't anything you as the player can do about it. It's not hostility, just a fact. Lastly, wasn't this a thread about release schedules?
