Stain of Damnation: This model is not considered a living model for game effects, but does drop Corpse Counters as normal when it is killed.

Quick question on this ability. Does this mean that he is now Undead? Or what? What I'm trying to do is take the Grave Spirit with Molly and then after Seamus goes Hulk attach it to aSeamus. Is this possible?

No, it just means that he isn't vulnerable to/able to benefit from things that target living models.

No, even though he is no longer counted as living he doesn't gain another subtype. The Subtypes aren't Binary, as in if it isn't one thing it gains something else.

The base subtype of the game is living, if it doesn't have some other form of subtype the renders it non-living then it is at base defined as living. What stain of Damnation does is to remove the living subtype, but that is all.

The practical upshot of this is that Seamus can't be affected by things that target of effect living models, like Molly's Reveal Philip, or the selecting the living section of Hans or the Gunsmith's Custom Modifications, as he no longer counts as living.
