TerraClips/Terrain Question

ShaddowKatt

Question

So I'm playing an "Inside" game and I ran into a problem.

I'm using the TerraClips "Streets of Malifaux" set and my opponent wants to walk through a 30mm (width) door to attack some of my models inside the 'room' but we're not sure if a 50mm could "squeeze" through the door or not.

Are there any rules for/against/about this kind of problem?

Also, while I'm posting we've ran into the same kind of problems with models moving under "bridges" - what we're wondering here is can a Ht 3 model "squeeze" under a 2 inch bridge? Does this count as Sever Terrain or Impassable or is it just a goofy loophole?

The way we play it:

- only small based models can go through small doors, height doesn't matter

- all models can go through large doors, height doesn't matter

- a model can squeeze under a construction, but than it's movement is halved, we don't treat is as sever terrain cause some rules would negate that

Thanks for the posts. I could see that and agree with that. The small doors...eh, I guess it's just a house-ruling/agree before the game starts... On a side note, what rules negate the severe terrain under bridges?
