It says the player must declare that s/he is attaching an avatar to a Master but does not have to declare which one. As there are only one avatar per Master in the third book, I can only surmise that there are more avatar choices coming. Perhaps as the Masters become more adept at wielding/manifesting their aetheric powers, they will gain more avatars? That is to say, more choices are coming with new publications?
