Here's pretty a summary of what she does:

Manifest stuff:

1) Her Ikiryo must kill two enemy models

2) Kirai has the spirit characteristic on 2 different turns

One minor difference in her manifest steps is that before she can discard a soulstone to heal, if her Ikiryo is in play, it's removed from play and she gets an automatic healing flip.

No change to her WK, but she has no charge, gains +1 WP, +2 DF and an extra wound. She's also a spirit.

Her fingernails are the same as the Ikiryo's only it gains an extra 1" in reach, +1 CB and +1 damage across the board. It has the same special ability and trigger.

Her wail loses 4" in range, gains +1 CB and loses 1 damage across the board. However, models damaged by the wail have a negative flip to DF, Rst and WP flips when defending against spirits

She has a DF trigger that allows her to make a melee strike against a model that damages her with a melee strike if she gets the correct suit.

She keeps Spirit Anchor, Immediate revenge 2, Instinctual and the Ikiryo's Spirit Touch. She also gains Terrifying 13.

She has 4 new abilities. One is if she's removed from the game all friendly spirits make a melee strike against a model in range. Another allows her to be placed in base contact with a friendly model within 10" that's killed by a melee strike and make a melee strike of her own. A third ability gives her fast if she starts her activation in base contact with 2 friendly spirits. Lastly she has large aura that does 1 damage to enemy models that inflict moderate or severe damage to a friendly spirit (doesn't say melee, so looks like it works on ranged.) This aura also applies to Kirai.

She has 2 (0) actions. She has a version of the Ikiryo's Call Spirits that has a shorter pulse, but allows you to push friendly spirits 4" in the direction you want. She has another action that allows her to target a friendly engaged model within 8". Push her 8" toward that model and if she ends up in melee range of the enemy engaging them you can discard a card to make a melee attack.

She has 4 spells. One 0 spell pushes non spirit models away from her and they lose ruthless and terrifying abilities. Another 0 spell gives her next attack flip 2 positive damage flips. One 1 spell functions like Lilith's transposition spell only Seishin are involved. Lastly she has a 1 spell that removes suits from teh target's CB stat until the end of it's next activation.
