Math Mathonwy
Maelstrom is reliable but not lightning-fast in their communication. In other words, patience. They sometimes ask you to mail the item back to them (but they'll of course pay the postage) but other times they let you keep it. Not sure what governs which happens but I've had both happen to me as have my friends.
edonil
(rubs temples) Honestly, I just hope that once this is all resolved, I've got a steampunk Dorothy.
Mike3838
I have also received Phoenicia instead of Dorothy! I wonder how this has happened to all of us... Sent the model back to them today and they confirmed they would refund my return postage expense, although it was only 75p Mike
edonil
You already heard back from them? Huh. When'd you send out your email?

Mike3838
They did imply that they had Dorothy in and would send her out once they received the returned model. Mike

Culven
I'm glad I just went to Guild of Harmony and ordered Dorothy directly. I received it in the post just today. I think I ordered her a week ago, if that long.

Mike3838
I hadn't realised til you pointed it out but mine is also missing the trigger guard. Part of a bad batch maybe. If I recall, the resin mini was limited release, but then it was given a general release in metal because it proved so popular. Mike
CubertFarnsworth
Just got an email back from Malestrom and they are replacing the bit "when it gets in". They checked their stock and ALL of it is missing the trigger guard. So if you guys would like a replacement bit shoot them an email. Who knows how long it is going to take though..............
