edonil Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 I think I'm going to try to paint Garryth this week. He's assembled and primed (and otherwise prepped...) and I really know what I'm doing with him. Also, I think I figured out how to modify the Tohaa colors so I like the color scheme again. Change the white leather I was using over to the green I have on things like the Gao-Rael...cause I love the color scheme when I have the matte green and the metallic blue and purple. edonil Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 Take the bright shiny bronze and mix it with the dark iron to see what happens, lol. I did a 3/1 ratio, and came up with a very nice pale bronze/gold. I'm using that for the armor, I've got a dark purple for his robes, a gunmetal blue for his blades (need a color for the pistols proper), and a tan skin tone for his flesh. Hm. That's the issue I ran into with my tiger gryphon elf rider thing... I need repaint the dude, he's all rainbowtastic. Anyway, long way of saying go normal hair.
