I've been doing a ton of them for a project our LGS needed help with (Super Dungeon Explore three story building nightmare... )... Cavern Accessory Mold #85 http://www.hirstarts.com/molds/moldsgoth.html Not sure what medium they used... I use Smooth-on 300. EDIT: Yazza beat me to it...
