First criticism. The Switch is at waaay to steep of an angle... Think more like 20 degrees as opposed to 45... The train would just kind of die...

How did you do the roofs? Also, I love the balcony on the guild building! Is there anyway to access it in game? Hans perch?

Well, if you are going for a marshy scene, you are going to need some dead trees and shrubs / moss all over the place.
