Sorry, I can't resist a bit of silliness sometimes. For fanart purposes I'd stick with how she's modelled, ie. with a mechanical right arm. More people would be aware of the model than the text blurb, so sticking with the right arm just reduces the chance of people pointing out that you drew her wrong.
