Prophaniti
Well here are my first Wyrd miniatures (I have been painting for a while). Some Guild for a friend. I have to get them done by this evening!

Nathan Caroland
Great looking pieces - like what you've done with the bit of color down the center of the Witchlings blades.

Prophaniti
Eek! A how to guide. In spite of appearances NMM is not my favoured technique. However in the spirit of openness I'll give a quick summary: 1: Paint metal area codex grey 2: Using Chaos black thinned to be transparent, build up 'shadows/dark reflections' where you think they would fall on a reflective surface. It will take several layers to get fully black. 3: Do the opposite to 2, with thinned skull white. Some pointers, contrast is key so having black and white right next to each ther helps. Don't be afraid to exaggerate lighting. I would consider this attempt at NMM to be my best, but I've had only a handful of goes before this. I do have many years' painting experience though and a strong online community of miniature painters I can tap for information (including the studio painter for these figures). Prophaniti
Right then, here's the rest of the crew: Sonia: Samael: I suspect I'll get to add the burning dude in a bit, depends if my client wants me to paint it. Still, it's been fun, I just have to see what Santa provides before I can do any of this myself.
