I need to make a flag but the flag pole is a paperclip so it has to be pretty thin to look in scale. Any ideas? Would tin foil work? Peace and love... I usually laminate three or four layers of tinfoil together with pva glue because the pva glue remains flexible after it dries allowing the flag to be posed easily. I've found that Fosters cans are some weird plasticy metal that gives really blunt edges so you're very unlikely to cut yourself - useful for pieces that might get picked up by others. But, it reacts badly to spray primer (kind of goes a bit rough) so I'd use brush on primer for those bits. I tried laminating tinfoil and it didn't turn out so well. Rob, the figure is Hasslefrees Remy, it's amazingly small, and after drilling and carving the bottle out of his hand the only thing that fits in well is a paperclip. Peace and love...
