App not starting , stuck on splashscreen

Got a new phone , xiaomi mi 11i and it is running android 11 miui 12.5.2 phone is more than capable of running it howerver i get stuck on spash screen and it is not loading . I have tried clearing cache and app data , i have also tried restarting phone, reinstalling app etc. nothing works.

Below worked for me a while back when I had the same issue:

Turn off WiFi and data, then clear cache, then force stop, then open the app.

Once the app is open and past the splash screen you can turn WiFi and/or data back on.

You don't always need to clear cache and force stop. (I had the app stall on the splash screen loads on my old phone, with the above fixing it).

Were you able to start the app and sign in the first time, or was it splash screen hanging from the first time you started it?

And to reply to your question, no i was not able to sign in previously it was like that from th start .

Yeah I briefly broke the app for all new installs when trying to fix a bug one person was experiencing. nbd
