Go Jack, swap Envy for a Freikorps Spec for the Nurse combo. Swap Ligeia for Hodgepodge Effigy. If you have it, swap Guillotine Injustice for Bigger They Are. 

 

Schemes are up to personal preference, but I'd go for Ruins and Eliminate. 

 

Alternatively, go with Hamelin, but use Survivalist instead of Infectious Melodies. With that crew, probably go for two marker schemes (i'd get Leave Your Mark and Ruins and bluff Claim Jump)

Any reason for taking Guillotine injustice off for Bigger they are? It seems bigger they are is weaker than guillotine in almost any way.
And why Hodgepodge over Ligeia?

On Guillotine:

it's a good upgrade, and it's good for killing off big minions like Jorogumo and Warpigs, but you can't know how many of those you'll be facing. And that's still wasting master AP on minions. Bigger they are, on the other hand, is a steady stream of additional damage that lets you do nice things like 10+ damage on a charge.

 

On Ligeia:

she will die as soon as someone looks at her sideways

the no-cheat aura is nice, but it's a very fickle combo

Whereas Hodgepodge will take at least 3 AP or a dedicated melee beater to take down, can interact and provides a way to regain soulstones.

 

Still, everything is up to personal preference in this crazy game, I've just shared my own experience with the models in question.

Hamelin:  Drop Plague for Survivalist instead of Infectious Melodies -- melodies helps protect your models from accuse -- then your opponent is stuck doing scheme-marker schemes which you're in good shape for.  You've got Hollow to stop Sonnia from deleting you (she'll kill Nix turn 2, but hopefully you can have something tie her up on turn 3.)  You out-activate Nellie, which is typically hard.  Perdita will kill a lot but can't kill everything while you score points, and McMourning shouldn't be worse than any of those.

I'm a Hamelin main, so these are my thoughts: I would pick Hamelin and have Nix with him. With Guard the Stash, Hamelin can Obey models into position if necessary. Eliminate the Leadership is hard against Hamelin and you can Killjoy bomb their leader if you want. Accusation is hard against Hamelin if you position well because Nix and Hamelin can choose not to get accused and you will have peon rats everywhere that your opponent can't accuse. I'd pick Leave your Mark and have Nix do it. Search the Ruins won't be bad with Rat Catchers with this strategy because they can drop schemes then get Obeyed into position for Guard the Stash. If I know I'm facing Guild, I'd try fitting in some Crooligans for the Mist.
