Madame Sybelle: Attend To Personally

Last night my opponent and I had a situation come up where Sybelle had cast Attend To Personally on Lilith. In the same turn Sybelle Died. The Condition says that it lasts til the end of the turn and the opponent must target Sybelle. Nothing about if she dies or is no longer on the board.

So the Question: Is the Condition still in effect and the target must still make a WP 13 duel even if Sybelle is not on the board to target a different model or does the condition not apply because Sybelle is not on the board?

Attend To Personally does NOT say that the model must target Sybell. 

(0) Attend to Personally (Ca 6 / TN: 12 / Rst: Wp / Rg: 12): Target gains the following Condition until the end of the Turn: “Only Sybelle: When declaring a model other than Madame Sybelle as the target of an Action, this model must succeed on a TN 13 Wp duel or the Action immediately fails.”

Do you still have to take the Wp 13 duel if Sybelle is not on the board (buried, killed, or whatever)?  Yes.

Actions which create conditions which end when the applying model is removed say so.  For example, Nullify:

Target model gains the following Condition until this model is killed or sacrificed. “Insignificant: This model may not take Interact Actions.”

If nothing about the condition stipulates that the condition goes away because Sybelle died, then it would stick around.
