Gabbi
Maybe a pointless question, but... do jeans exists in Malifaux? If I recall correctly the background from 1st ed. book the Breach has been opened in 17xx (don't remember the decade) and Malifaux is set one Century later.Reading Wikipedia it seems that jeans has been created in late 1800, so maybe a bit too late for Malifaux..?Also, speaking of male fashion ^^ it seems that the crouching Illuminated has both a belt and braces. I'm thinking to ignore the belt and paint it same color as trousers...
solkan
The Gate Reopens 1897 (109 PF)One century after its calamitous closure, to the day (some say to the very minute), the great Breach suddenly and inexplicably reopened. Blue jeans might not have existed when the breach was opened originally, but plenty of time for them to be invented during the century of warfare that happened before the second opening.Edit: 1871 and 1873 are the dates involved with the patented famous brand of jeans. Hagisman
If you ever get a chance watch Brisco County Jr. Bruce Campbell at his best(except for two episodes imo). They have an episode where he is excited with blue jeans replacing cotton or whatever material he was wearing at the time.

But you can weave cotton in many different ways.
