Willie's Dropped Load.

Reading page 59 of the rulebook, we can see that if a blast marker affects 2 different models, the attacker model may determine the order in which the affected models resolve the blast effects.

 

So when a model kills Willie, Dropped Load is activated dropping some blast markers, which do damage, and affect several models.

 

The question is: Who determine which models have to resolve the blast marker effect first?

 

Should I guess that the model who killed willie is the attacker model, and also,  he  determine the order?

 

And what if the model is killed by the poison condition in the Upkeep fase.

 

Is the model who create the blast markers considered the attacker model for this purpose?

"When this mdel is killed or sacrificed, flip a card which may not be cheated before removing this model. Place a number of blast markers in contact with this model depending on the card's value...*

*...Follow the normal rules for placing blast markers. Any model touching at least one of these markers suffers 3 damage.

Not sure  about the blasts  from Willie's dropped  load. 

 

But poison is dealt with like all other conditions at the end of the Turn.

Agreed. I can only assume willies controller decides who is effected in what order as they are the one placing them.
