It says on the upgrade card it's for minions and tavish isnt a minion but pullmyfinger says he can take the upgrade, any thoughts? 2nd if Tavis can or another model takes the upgrade can he deploy up field also with 2 waldgeist? You should be able to put it on McTavish, but for some reason the crew creator wont give the option. If for some reason I'm wrong, you can put it on Bad Juju or Zoraida. I believe you can only deploy minions this way, so you would not be able to put McTavish up there with the rest of your swampfiend minions. There are 2 diferent things here. The Bold text at the bottom of the upgrade (that says Swampfiend in this case) is the requirements for holding the upgrade. As long as the model taht gets the upgrade at the start of the game meets those requirements then all is fine The Eyes In the wood ability affects swampfiend minions. It doesn't matter whio is holding the upgrade, it will apply to up to 3 minions (which McTavish is not). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dirial Posted April 9, 2015 Report Share Posted April 9, 2015 Small remark, just for clarity: Upgrades are chosen from the pool of upgrades of the DECLARED Faction.
