crimzzen
Hello, Played Malifaux in first edition, primarily neverborn. New generation of gamers at the store are looking to jump into M2E. Was thinking of jumping back into Malifaux. Thinking I'd really like to stick with the plastic range of models this time around. Would I be able to form a variety of crews if I picked up basically the Neverborn line of plastics. Thinking about pandora and Lucius quite a bit. Thanks,
admiralvorkraft
If you're going for Lucius I'd pick up a box of Riflemen and Jakob Lynch's crew. Add any crews you feel like running and you're probably good, Lilith and Zoraida both come with some awesome scheme runners. Oh, and Bishop with Pandora is gold.
Dirial
Would I be able to form a variety of crews if I picked up basically the Neverborn line of plastics. Yes, you would. Some good models aren't out in plastic yet, but you could totally play awesome games if you stick to plastic. Thinking about pandora and Lucius quite a bit. Those two don't overlap too much. Lucius is a buffer, a command style Master, while Pandora is a face beater and debuffer. Their box crews go along with these styles. Also, most models in Lucius' starter can only be played by him if you declare Neverborn. It's a Guild starter box for that matter. My advice, if you want them both, is to add Lynch's starter and a Teddy.
