It might not be worth taking a pot shot at her in most cases, but if she has a poor hand she'll go down like a sack of potatoes. If she has a good hand and stones(even harder with aether connection) it takes a lot of effort to kill her. Plus you need to get through the fears/terrifying combo to start with(assuming tanking setup).
