Astrella
I like him a lot more than I expected to, has a nice grizzled and experienced look about him.
grave13
Its still early Ulix looks and final sculpt could change. Matter of fact im not even sure a sculpt has been made for Ulix yet
BaronGreenback
I'm going to break with the consensus and say i think Ulix looks dope. I don't want, or need, another hill billy, Ive got loads of that already with my bayous etc, this guys is actually seriousley cool. I like the odysseus references, and i also like the ahab peg leg theme, searching for the white whale pig that took his leg. i think his mechanics are ok, but not jaw dropping must-have, if he had been another hill billy, i would have given him a miss. But as a wise, tough, mean old hero adventurer> ? to quote the seagulls on finding nemo . . . MINE!!!
grave13
They hopfully give him a action pose instead of him looking all stiff in the art work of him Personally i like him because he is using a bow
Clockwork_Fish
I like it well enough, except for the peg (pig?) leg. It have some air of Long John Silver over it. This, right here. If you read the fluff in Crossroads, he's a cunning, manipulative opportunist who isn't above stealing from his own neighbours. This look is pretty fitting. Mr. Bag-O-Guts
I think his look is absolutely within theme, being that big ol' Hatfield/McCoys Hillbilly/Redneck vibe. It is the art/aesthetic that drew me to Gremlins in the first place. I'm digging his look, and can't wait for new sculpts from Crossroads, particularly the Bushwackers, Sammy LaCroix, and Trixiebell.
