0 Adran Posted May 29, 2014 Report Share Posted May 29, 2014 According to the rules, anything that refers to the soulstone cost of a model refers to the printed cost, not how much you spent to hire the model, so merc costs and upgrades (and any hiring reduction rulees that may exist in the future) will not change what models could be used.
