Charging and Height 1 walls

So I have been trying to figure this out, and it could be Warmachine clouding my mind, but can a model charge over a height 1 wall?

 

If they do, do they scale the wall?  use 1/2 movement to clear it?  Ignore it if they are death marshalls?

A model can charge over a height 1 wall. They spend time climbing it, so they basically reduce their total distance moved by 2".

Ok, so models that ignore severe still have to reduce their speed to?

If you have unimpeded then no, you ignore the movement penalty. Of course this isn't set in stone. You and your opponent need to discuss what types of terrain you are using at the start of the encounter. Height, difficulty of terrain, type of cover provided, climbable or not etc. Ideally you should discuss it between yourselves and come to an agreement. If you are treating Ht 1 walls as climbable then Hateful Blackdark has it spot on.

actually, unimpeded would only come into play if you and your opponent had declared the wall as severe terrain at the start of the game.

What Joel said. Models that ignore penalties for Severe terrain do not also ignore penalities for Climbable terrain.
