Clean color blocking. I'd love to see a bit more edge highlighting or some drybrushing to really break up the wood paneling -

Very clean painting. The base could use a bit more attention. Try roughing up the wood a bit more before sticking it down. Or at least sand down or chip at the edges so it doesn't look so uniform -
Love the basing, maybe try warning up the skin tone. The character looks kinda dead -

The model is excellent. The horse itself feels a little flat. Not sure if that's the lighting, but maybe add some gloss or satin to the coat so the hair shines a bit? -

Good color choices. Try to use a darker color when doing something white. It gives you something to boost off of for mid tones and highlights -
