  1. My nightmare Nothing Beast, in translucent smoke, had an unfortunate run-in with our cats and is not salvageable (Karina arrive missing pieces and I never got around to contacting Wyrd). I'm not particularly interested in running a part translucent/part regular plastic crew so I am looking to make a trade. I will happily trade straight across the board for a standard Tara and 3 Void Wretches. Beyond that I am open to other trades for Resser, NB, and Outcast stuff...or cash is fine as well (asking price is $40.00 shipped inside the US). Prefer trades to be NOS, but will consider unpainted is pictures of the assembly are provided. Prefer to trade/sell as a lot but will consider parting it out for the right deal (which might be my stuff plus cash for your stuff). Tara and the Void Wretches will come with their cards (stat and upgrades). I will throw in Karina if you want her (she is missing a foot). I'm in Phoenix, Arizona and am happy to do business with folks overseas. Specific things that I am looking for: Rotten Belles Dead Doxies Pandora crew Collodi crew Waldgeists Bishop Sue Convict Gunslingers Effigies (any) Stitched Together
  2. Alrighty, since my Quarantine Zone board is nearly complete I have started planning my next board. Thanks to popular demand on the poll I put up a few weeks back the board is going to be Obliteration and/or death themed. The basic thought is "What if two crews went through portals to pull off some scheme **in** Obliteration?"...what would that look like? Well, Obliteration being Obliteration the obvious answer is "nothing"...but nothing makes for a boring table. My first instinct is to go mono-chromatic black, with a few highly contrasting, spots of color. Most everything will be black, highlighted up to no more than charcoal grey (i.e. very dark grey). I'm thinking that a blasted landscape/barren desert approach might work well with most of the LOS blocking features being hills of one kind or another. Those hills will have a ton of death themed elements, in this case skull shaped rock formations (perhaps with portals of some kind in any cave entrance). There will be a river, but instead of water if will be a "river of stars". I'll paint nebulae and start formations, apply resin, more paintwork, etc to give it a 3D effect. Then maybe add some "obliterated" buildings...thinking AoS terrain kits for that. This doesn't account for some kind of dense terrain and/or severe/hazardous terrain...I'm open to suggestions/comments/your own ideas on what the Obliteration dimension would look like other than "Duh, it's Obliteration so there isn't anything there".
  3. Easier? Maybe. Lazier? Maybe. They've done errata on plenty of models, though only to cuddle them insofar as I can tell. Maybe that's the thing - errata is cool for making models less useful, but not for improving them. Presumably these upgrades were play tested. Surely they could have play tested them as errata instead. It doesn't feel right to me that in order to get the model where it should be in order to be viable (Montressor, Nothing Beast, Karina...etc) they should limit it flexibility by preventing all other upgrades from being attached. It feels quick and dirty to me. That said, I don't want to derail the thread. If anyone wants to chat about this I'll start a fresh thread somewhere.
  4. That was the first thing that come to mind when I cracked my Titania box...these are going to be better for my Levi crew than my NB...
  5. 0 SS upgrades make me cry, even if they are pretty ok for the models involved. I wish they would just errata these guys rather than band aid them. I feel like all it does is limit options (which is probably the opposite of what was intended).
