Can't wait to see these two additions to this beautifully painted crew painted! Are you going to go with an antique gold color on Lazarus, or all black? I feel like a near all gold Lazarus could look pretty striking!

Started with WFB and 40k, like I'm sure many others did, but eventually grew to love the smaller skirmish type games like Malifaux.

The Allusions to Literature in the Wave 2 Gremlins are blowing my Mind: Ulix + Penelope = The Odyssey (Odysseus and His Wife, Penelope. Add in a Hunting Bow, which features very prominently in the story, and Ulix's Hunting Bow upgrade, and its a slam dunk.) Old Major was one of the major Pig's in Orwell's Animal Farm. (If someone were to make an all pig, Animal Farm Themed army....i...Don't even know how I could show them my love...Maybe that's the reason he IS a henchman...)

I'd, generally, agree with you. I like the weight of Metal models. However, you can't beat plastics for Conversion potential! (and price points, which is obviously important to Wyrd, with good reason...)

You just made my day. I've been thinking of expanding my Gremlin force to include the Brewmaster, but wasn't feeling the whole Ninja Theme: Wouldn't mesh well with my standard Gremlins...who happen to have a Maritime Theme. I think the The Grogmaster would be an appropriate addition!

Howdy! not necessarily new to Malifaux, but returning after a LONG hiatus (Played a little bit when the game first came out). Thought it was also time to drop in on the Wyrd forums! Eagerly anticipating Second Edition, and getting back to it with my Gremlins!
