It might be worth stating how the Rules Marshal mechanic works for those new to the forum. It could seem like someone's just shouting 'Yes you can!'/'No you can't!' without giving a referance to the rules manual. Remember, most people are still hungover from other sites (you know the ones. Where any jumped up idiot thinks that his/her opinion is gospel...)

Also because most Seamus crews tend to take more then a few Belles and 'Lure' is still the best way to dissect an opponents crew. Pandora, like all Neverborn, feels the death of every minion. Oh and can't stress enough the need for taking a Hanged. 'Whisper..' on a Doppelganger, Lelu or Lilitu will reduce a Pandora player to tears.

She can have what she wants, she's still gonna get a Pigapult in the face...

It is only acceptable when playing against a Pandora player who gets 'Dementia' cast on herself...

Happy days! I'll just re-emphasise the previous posts in saying that Pandora seems ridiculously over-powered until you work her out (DG is very easy to kill and once she/it is gone it's a matter of mopping up).

This is wonderful theory-faux but their Ca of 2 makes them a card drain like no other! I like the idea of 'Larva'-ing another Mosquito but the 'Slow' it incurs means it can achieve very little. Don't worry though, I've only played 4 games with the little blighters so I reckon I'll get the hang of them...

Cool, now if I could just make Mosquitos actually do something....

Whilst I agree that Launchin' Pere is fun (although landing him right next to someone then targeting him with your subsequent 2 shots and cheating his defense down for severe damage with it's Dg 5 (stuffed Piglet...) explosions followed by Pere blowing up is the correct way to hilarity-ville...) I believe that the look on your opponents face when you 'Calculated Luck' your paired pistols at his key model when he has no cards at all to cheat with is, in fact, the most fun!

Just don't succumb to what we like to call 'Watchdog Syndrome' and start kicking off. Remember, store staff are people too and they shouldn't have to put up with a ranting customer just to pay their rent. Do what's right, and be polite! (Just though of that! Could be the start of a new age of mutual understanding between shopkeepers and customers! Oh, what a wonderful dream...)

Now that I'm firmly entrenched deep in S'omer Teeth's' lads (and lass!), I've a few questions that demand answering! When a Warpig is having a right old time Stampeding and he targets Pandora, does he still have to take a WP test to make his Strike? Can Ophelia use 'Bent Gun Barrel' in Melee? Is it true that a Mosquito using 'Larva' on a friendly Rat would cause not only itself to heal 2wd upon said Rats demise but also the summoned Mosquito as well? It's OK for Ophelia to use 'Dumb and Lucky' on herself right? Is S'omer's 'A Gremlin's Luck' combined with Ophelia's 'Calculated Luck' the most fun a Gremlin player can have with his trousers on? Cheers me dears!

Is this allowed? I thought a model couldn't take an action that would reduced it to less than one wound? Don't have me rulebook to hand at the moment and don't get me wrong, as a shiney new Gremlin player I'm eager to know if I can do this!

Don't do it! Don't start the rot!! It not only causes arguments between players (unfounded shouts of 'Yeah, well your crew's broken 'cos it's handicapped!'), but it also portrays the game in a negative light discouraging new players. It also encourages laziness from the writers (not aimed in any way at Wyrd) with the thinking that mistakes/problems don't have to be officially fixed quickly (if at all) when they can leave it to the organisers of tournaments (that most of us will never play in).

We play it as Weak damage as this the lowest severity damage (in my mind it is anyways...).

I'd go back with 2 Belles, drop the Onryo and take a Night Terror. Gives more options for strategy completion and also the possibility of more WP debuffs. The extra belle also increases your Lures dragging opponents into Terror range before activation.

Also worth remembering is that most 'Terror' heavy crews have little ranged capability. Gremlins have a basic minion with a range 12" weapon. This, when combined with their re-spawning capabilities, lends itself well to an attrition type of scenario. And if you 'Whoops!' a lot it just adds to the fun! And finally, throw the Pigapult in the mix for plenty shots and giggles...

Bye then. I wish you luck in your quest to find a tabletop game that allows you to defeat your opponent without the need for any form of tactic or effort. One that doesn't require you to buy a single additional model after the initial starter box (Monopoly maybe??)
