  1. edit: Okay I was slightly off, I just looked it up and it's actually top of McM's hair comes to the brim of Seamus' hat. Both are the originals from the boxset.
  2. Yes, it's still available. Sorry didn't see your reply until now.
  3. I think that's just the result of working with different sculptors (haven't checked who sculpted them, however). I really like to start a McMourning Crew but both him and Sebastian look ridiculous next to my Seamus. It's so bad that the top of McM's hair barely reaches Seamus' chin.
  4. Even though I'm now following you (Lono/Infamy miniatures) on facebook and subscribed to the newsletter it's nice to see pictures of the mini's posted here (as long as the mods think it's okay of course) as this is my most frequented site (even if I don't post that often) And I think your range is different enough from Malifaux to not be a problem for Wyrd.
  5. Awesome mini, once my ebay auction ends later this week (and provided it sells) I'm definitely buying one, if it's still available. Love the setting and the concept art as well, I'll be interested to see how this develops, but you're off to a great start.

  7. I don't know if you are aware of this but the Pull My Finger Wiki has a lot of info on all masters including expanding from the boxset and info on playing. you can find it here (direct link to the Resurrectionists pages): http://pullmyfinger.wikispaces.com/Resurrectionists
  8. I'm adding to my harem Not really, you're right, wife-to-be. Thank you for your answer, I was a bit worried to turn away the few people I have to play with by playing an over-the-top, uberkill master.
  9. Lately I have been very interested in the Hamelin the Plagued and Collodi Crews and am currently trying to find the money to buy either or both (upcoming wedding really hampers the spending money). In the mean time I have been reading the various threads on Hamelin and anti-Hamelin and Collodi as well as following the (heated) discussion on tier lists. I have never played a game of Malifaux, I have a blast painting crews however and I'll be mostly playing with my dad and/or wife who have never played a game of Malifaux, but my dad has played other wargames, my wife has not. I have also played a few wargames. My dad is a solid strategist and I have a feeling he's more able to learn the rules and delve into the synergies of a master but my wife is playing purely to do me a favor and isn't likely to look op tactica on the internet, for example, to get better I currently have Seamus, Collette and Rasputina. My question is this: Taking my opponents in account and my inexperience with Malifaux, will my opponents have fun if I choose to play Hamelin/Collodi in boxset vs boxset games? Will my opponents (again taking into account their varying levels of gaming experience) have fun playing Seamus or Collette or will they get frustrated by the Steep learning curve (Collette) or whatever is wrong with Seamus (even in a Seamus vs Collette game)? I'm not a competitive player and having fun is the most important thing I just really like the models in Hamelin/Collodi boxsets. I'm aware that none of you know my dad or my wife but perhaps you found yourself in a similar situation.
  10. I hope it's a new Rezzer master as his pose is rather too self assured to be a minion IMHO
  11. Nice work Ratty, but who is that character?
  12. But as far as I can tell Nico is bald and this character clearly has hair. after some digging around I found this (if this is illegal please let me know and i'll remove it): Seeing this picture really make me doubt it's Nico seeing as this character doesn't have a prosthetic leg.
  13. When I click on the 'home' button at top it take me to the wyrd homepage (as expected) but who is that figure on the left with the top hat and unbuttoned shirt? Looks like a Rezzer but I don't have a clue who it is.
  14. Thanks that would be awesome, I was always bothered by McMourning being so tiny especially next to someone like Seamus, so I was thinking of trying to trade my Mcmourning boxset and accessories for a Collodi box set on the forum.
  15. Can anyone post a comparison shot of Collodi next to Seamus or Rasputina? I would like to know how he compares in size. Thank you in advance.
  16. Even though I'm still painting my first crews (the ones in my sig) my favorite by far is Seamus although I had to re-paint him ones due to a varnishing accident. That same accident has me on average painting every RedChapel Gang member twice, never try to use the last little bit of varnish out of a spraycan. I also like McMourning a lot but seeing the miniature in person was a little disappointing as he's so small compared to Seamus and Nicodem.
  17. I would like to know how Avatar Seamus' skin (on the studio model) is done? What colours have been used? It looks grey but there are some subtle hints of green or brown Thanks
  18. I agree, Seamus is a very fun mini to paint and I had to paint him twice due to a varnishing mishap.
  19. I recently found out that if I want something from Waylandgames or Maelstrom it's best to see if they list it on ebay and buy it there, as they send the items out way faster than when you order from their online store. If it's not listed on their ebay store they just don't have it in stock.
  20. I'm thinking around Halloween maybe? Thanks Nathan, although I think you cost this guy a lot of bidders now
  21. apparantly if you find Nathan at Gencon and are wearing a puppet wars shirt you're getting a Teddy 5-pack free.
  22. But it's not on the morgue bases nor in the morgue accessory blister.
  23. Question: in this pic http://twitpic.com/61egrh did anyone notice the body bag on the morgue base on the right? What is it for?
  24. But... but... he started it Seriously, of course everybody is entitled to their opinion and someon e not liking Malifaux is okay (I guess) but stating opinion as facts as he clearly does and saying things that simply aren't true is not.
