  1. Reading the replies has cooled me off but thought you guys had better heads on your shoulders. 15 mins to get that message across.. we know, we know skulls, kids, Dice blah.. Think you succeded in notching our Malifaux meta a notch in the wrong direction. Seriously disappointed, if anything it was the lack of episodes provided in the last few months which placed it as a dinosaur amongst mammals. You did a great job with the eps and a horrible way to finish. April fooled yourselves

Interested to hear thoughts Anyhow borzag, youll have heaps of fun with her crew' Cassandra breath fire has been fun
  6. Colette! Awesome... Well CoLette needs stones as does the whole crew, most can use them due to use soulstone (particularly the duet) Colette cassandra 9 Performer/mannequin 5 Coryphee x2 (duet) 14 2 doves 4 7 stones cache Other bits probably a desperate merc or 2 and summon birds or drop performer/mannequin for 5ss Johan for range and punch probably recommended when starting out.

You could say 'The man comes around' got me over the line mixed with looking at some of Ratty's crews on here, man that guy is brilliant, well for now enjoy! Can't wait to get him manifested

  16. Almost worth a flight to Germany. keep up the good work and tabletopworld should be sending you free buildings.. You are making a beautiful example of their products
  17. Come one, come all, Beginner or expert, lets not take it too seriously and have some games! Registration form: http://www.southernbattlegamers.org/cgssit...er&Itemid=1 it will be happening on the Friday and Sat of Australia Day long weekend in Canberra, ACT. I'm from Sydney, so your travel excuses are useless against me 27th Jan Friday: Story Encounter - 1 master - 55ss cache to choose (35ss Games) 28th Jan Saturday: Fixed Faction - 35ss games Malifaux Malifaux is a miniature game published by Wyrd Games. www.malifaux.com This game is a fun, fast paced, diceless, 32 mm, skirmish level miniatures game, based in an alternate Earth. The setting draws inspiration from gothic, steampunk, Victorian horror, with a dose of the Wild West to inject fun and depth into the magical lawlessness of a world rife with monsters, necropunks, man/machine hybrids, gunslingers, and power-hungry politicos. The game utilizes a unique card-based system that encourages tactics, strategy, and resource management, but also gives you the ability to Cheat Fate. No longer do you have to trust to the fickle fall of the dice. It's very inexpensive to get into, so grab your Crew and come down. One day or both days, very casual and as non-competitive as a tournament can be. once we get 4 registered im going to release the Story Scenario - Soulstone Heist and we are sitting at 3! any questions, just shoot
  18. Here's what I did over the weekend, was hoping they filled a nice slot in my Marcus force but I'm really excited about my silurids, they are loving it. Nothing like a good sub though, for now enjoy
  19. cheers fellas' here's my Marcus von shill alternate
  20. i know you said you couldnt do it but i made these out of paddlepop sticks. started by taking a quarter of the stick off, then with a blade just carved them to shape. it was quite easy and looks effective the floors are all propped up with H beams like under a theatre floor. for the smaller bases i used the paddlepo sticks to elevate the floor past the lip
  21. i'd have to say that i havent painted it yet. there are a few models i dont like, shikome being one but now painted it looks great and funnily enough i dont hate it anymore, its just different. same goes for my silurids, didnt really like the figs and now i cant believe i didnt! got my showgirls commission painted and man he killed it'
  22. Hey guys... well im sorry i have been quiet, got married in September and didnt realise it had been 6 months without updates.. well here is what i have painted, all of it painted/constructed in the last month. WIP Toolkit Line in the Sand markers the start of my marcus crew (painted models were not by me, i seeked to paint to add to the start) Silurids WIP Amarcus afoot his plith - Typical MAN VS WILD - or Constructed by man vs Beast a travel malifaux board Silurids DONE WIP shikome and done Large arachnid Shikome done Hoarcat and Soulstone miner done Malifaux raptors crew as of now wow... ive been busy...
  23. yes, as per diagrams in the book for blasts etc. and so would be affected
  24. Just caught wind of this and a month of time has passed... anything... fingers crossed..
  25. a great tactic is using cassandra to blast the mechanical dove which has flown near a model. cheat down and blast over the opposing model.. pandora included. i would go with another showgirl opposed to demeanor. collette and the girls love models with Showgirl and being able to switch positions keeps her potent. coryphee are brutal and once upon a time i left them split. now there never apart and for a beginner i would suggest the same. maybe go for 2 desperate mercs and have collette create stones to keep them alive or significant if needed. another figure which could work for colette (but again goes against my showgirl comment) is the soulstone miner. i find try to go for masters without soulstone with the magicians duel (i think) gives them a -2 which is always handy. hope this helps.
