The Dreamer/LCB are actually pretty easy if you know the rules on Burying models. He is basically the king of Alpha Strikes and if they can't stop you from doing that and/or don't spread out...you will most likely have them.

Ugh haha Ressers are not ranged! Nico Morty 7 Punk Zombie 5 Rotten Belle 4 2 Dogs 4 2 Vultures 4 4 Soulstones Your job as a Resser is to out activate people...that is just what we do, and we do it well. You have a lot of easy to kill models, yes...but if you keep them within 10" of Nico, they should have an average of 7 defense, which means your enemy will have to burn more cards to hit them. You have The Fog to buffer out ranged attacks, Crooked Men are wonderful for this if your opponent is using it. I've always voted Rigor Mortis above Decay. Nico is a support caster and so he should be using Decay for healing more than hurting. If you manage to catch something in a blast, cool...but don't try to waste all your AP killing something with it when your Belle/PZ Combo can do more damage. If you know you can finish off something with Decay, then by all means, do it! That's another Mindless Zombie for you, and they are pretty nice. Slinging out Paralyze is a lot more effective, or at least it has been for me. You can stop a model for a whole turn with it and it also stops Slow to Die and things like that. All in all, this crew is pretty average for whatever you want to do. The Vultures excel if the opponent's crew is more into melee than ranged.

For 70 points....yes you can summon them and other SPAs and the Deso Engine can make them when the kill someone a lot of em hahaha

Nope...Levi has the ability called Pariah...I think, that limits his model choices to people much like himself...

I don't mean to be rude...but why is it that nobody ever looks at McM or Nico? Yeah, Seamus is nice with his rocket belles and handcannon, and Kirai has teleporting spirits...but what about Nico, who can summon virtually any model without a pulse, can do it up to three times AND does not have to injure himself to do it. McMourning who heals whenever he hits something, ignores armor and hard to wound, has a spell that does 10 DAMAGE, oh and has a cache of SIX! That's more than any master in the game. My point is not really to rant but just to let people see that all the other factions have 4 masters...and so do we.

I would say yes. But I am not 100% sure about it Normally they would scatter away from whatever scared them...but I believe Smell Fear states it goes off before that. I think it is better used before you cast "True form"

Well the main thing I can say is to learn that your minions are now a lot more expendable. Beyond that, just knowing all the stuff that your models ignore or stuff you need to know, but that comes with any crew...

I agree with you, I was lucky to get mine when it was cheap. Although where I am it was pretty cheap at 70$ where everything else was over 100$ and didn't include foam at all.

Von Schill is a mercenary in the truest sense of the word and he and his crew were on sale to the highest bidder, which for the longest time was a lot of high-paying Guild officials. Eventually the poopie hit the fan and bad stuff happened so he said &%*^ it and that's kinda where he is now. I don't really read much into the fluff but what I've read so far and been told, that's my idea of what's going on. I'd get the Von Schill box and then just buy the two Viks individually.

I have the malifaux bag and it's pretty nice but I have so much stuff...card-wise as far as the model size, some of them are too big, and the second foam tray is too big for most models and too small for my 50mm ones

I've actually been playing around with editors and the Warcraft 3 world maker...and making a Malifaux version. It's not the same, and I can't make any kind of video game, but I like the idea. Something with the Source engine =P

We attempted this awhile ago and our best idea was to use that one as a reference and custom make your own map. Our Henchman at the time made it the general shape of the Malifaux map given but divided it up into different pieces...the names of the different terrain types (ie. Slums, Bayou's Edge... as well as some custom ones Ridley Train Station and stuff like that) Each terrain has a predetermined set up. A certain shared strategy, terrain and everything. No special terrain but each map had a special property not listed in the book. The nice part of this is that each terrain was also made into a card and you took it with you. This means that when you started a game, you could use terrain properties from terrain you owned, and the person defending it could use all of theirs. The properties were things like... Arcane Reservoir even if you owned no models with it. Your master gains Rush of Magic: Discard a card, draw a card Your master gains ability (1) Summon Guild Guard: This action can only be taken once per turn. Two Mindless Zombies start in the middle of the table, regardless of schemes or strategies and cannot be targeted by any schemes.

I never really use the gunslinger but I assume he's 6 taking in the mercenary thing? That's the awesome thing about McM and I hope they never change....that nice SS cache he has.

I understand what you guys mean, I usually will take a Punk Zombie and a Dog instead of a Frankie, giving me 2 BPC to start with. I know people say that PZ's are Nico's thing, but I like using them with McM because they do their job so well.
