If an ability says "After damaging", do whetever effect is written.. Obviously the attack needs to be successful, but does the attack have to actually damage the target to have the effect be applied? It is worded differently from last edition where it required the target to be damaged for effects to be applied so I am not sure. Basically if you flip a black joker for damage do effects still take place. -Thanks for help

Nurse targets McMourning with "Take Your Meds", chooses Hallucinogens trigger which grants +2 damage on Ml attacks and may only declare Ml actions. Question is: Can McMourning use his 0 action "Scalpel slingin'" or not? It allows him to immediately make a Surgical Implement strike which is a Ml action. But is he able to declare the 0 action at all since it in itself is not the Ml action which gets taken? -Thanks I fall on the side of no he can't, but want to see what you all think.

The attacker having LOS to Sebastian has nothing to do with this ability. The gives the target cover, all that is needed is that the target be within the and have LOS to Sebastian.

Hi all, I read through the M2E rules the other day and did not see anything mentioning this, so I figured I would ask. Does the totem still get removed if a master dies? I saw the hiring restriction but could not find anything about when master died. Please let me know if anyone has the answer, thx. -Roboshmoo

even though a spell can be an "attack", it never makes an attack flip. It is always a casting flip so talents like Tuco's Veil Appearance will not help you against spells of any kind.

Casting is not an opposed duel, it is a simple duel against a target number.

He can shoot anything that is no farther than 3 inches into the fog, but he has nothing that would allow him to shoot any farther into it. And he definately cannot shoot all the way through it.

Yes the friekorps Specialist would be the defender in that scenerio. Any opposed duel involving an enemy model has an attacker(Active Model) and a defender.

The op actually stated that the tot was not engaged with anyone.

1) Black blood triggers on the tot being wounded, Necrotic Ministrations does not kick in untill something is killed, so black blood will go off first. 2) I agree with Sarsnick about the charge happening before it actually moves since it states immediatly, although there would be no disengaging strike since lure is a push.

One very important thing to remember with fading memories is that the movement will never trigger off of a spell. When pandora casts a spell at someone she wins a casting duel. The target then makes a wp resist and presumably loses the duel. Pandora however at no point wins a wp duel in that process, so no movement.
