A podcast mentioned that papa is now amazing with lucius but i can find no real reason as to why. Any thoughts

Hi guys love role play and i love ttb but i dont like the way it shoe horns the story into small episodes and forces you through a charictor quick. Has anyone tryed running a longer game and not adreasing a destiny step every session? If so did you find the game has legs to keep going?

So i went on pull my finger for the first time in months and aparantly its moving and/or has anyone know wear its going and when?

So tannen has been a corner case modle for a while now mostly used in gimicks or as a hard counter to some suspected matchups. But with the lucius rework dose tannen have a master he can follow around as a core component? My argument being: Lucius can command tannen to get chatty meaning tannen wont lose manipulative. Cooler is another layer to the layering lucius defence (Corner case) bord lowering walk makes trappers traps more consistant Red tape will keep tannan up longer And lastly tannens week attacks are made up for by lucius letting him interact while engaged Any thoughts. Has anyone tryed

Hi guys. I dont know much about how tos actualy plays. I get the rules but havnt herd much on the win/loss vain. What im intrested to know is can an army of smaller units (champions, titens and single fireteam units) compete or is the game hevely waites in favor or mass unit spam for holding objectives?

When i backed i didnt pick a faction. Should i have by now?

Hi guys i know its very hard to say. But do we think cult is going to be the most played allegiance? I hate playing a faction that is overpopular and looking at the forum, podcasts and general chatter the cult seems by far in the lead on popularity. I love there astetic and ine of the componants to the burning man is one of my favorit in malifaux lore. But its not worth playing endless miror matches for.

Hi guys. How to abilitys that gain bounuses/penaltys to an attack based on weather a modle has ornhasnt activated work during an activation Example 1. Chainglings coppy an attack with a damage buff if a modle has activated and attack a modle that moves next to them during that modles turn 2. Same as above but the copyed attack has a damage buff if they havnt activated

I like grems and can see so much power but having not realy played them i didnt know how big randomness was. And yh the fact there not "cool" but more lol dose give them less apeal

Hi. I have been playing malifaux since first edition. I started arcanist and remained with them untill 2ed. This edition i have not been able to settle on a faction. I know i dont want reser or arcanist but i dont know who to play. So im hoping you guys can give me direction. Idealy i would like a 3 master stable all within the same faction Likes Ranged ability, dont have to be all ranged all the time but i like being able to act from a distence Under used/powerd Coherent athstetic A level of consistency Strong synergies to alow intresting crew building Resiliance, leaning more to healing but any type of toughness Dislikes Overly random mechanics Linier crew builds Most summoning Bland archityps Bunching up to much (im ok having modles around especialy to fulfil combos but i dont like having to have everything within 3 in of each other) Overly comedic design Being unquestionably the bad guy I think thats it. Thank you for any feed back im fed up of going in circles on this

Not had nellie on the table yet. When i do im planning to use Samuel. Hand deliverd burning targets from hot of the press. And fast so he can flaming bullets then rapid fire should pack a punch

Hi with lucius bringing terracotta warriors to guild if they swap the wave 4 upgrade that buffs damage once per game and draws a card (dont have the book with me for the name) can they swap it back and get the effect again or dose the once per game claus stop it being cycled like that?

I have adored malifaux since its inception i was a fan when wyrd made modles and loved everything since. I will be sad to see you go as i held you in such reverance

hi guys anyone know if the new book will be out as a pdf at the same time as its gencon live releas? just thought id say my dream (I know it wont happen but just want to get this out there). as a European customer, when I buy the rule book from gencon it can take over 4 weeks to get to me and that makes me sad, so I would realy like it if the pdf could be given out as a free code with a gencon time period purchase of the rulebook, that cant be refunded once redeemed

not my choice of aesthetic, but works on the table, young nephilim heal, tots can sprint on command, and If you take any illuminated or corrupt hounds then shamans become auto takes. it lacks a little versatility for me and the nephilim are my lest favourite models but in kill or territory strategies it should preform well

use the pale rider but convert it to be your "laser"

a small note, I wasn't in wave 4 beta and I'm assuming some level of nda as i have seen no talk about it at all, so there may be something coming
