  1. makeing ends meet only says it has to be done at the end of turn three, is this right, cus i read it has to be done every end of turn after three
  2. who is better to take in a brawl with ramos, coletti or tian they bothe have pros and cons, coletti gives ramos speed wich he is missing and tina is like a mobile turret, that can guard ramos, who would you guys prefer to take
  3. this is just my preferance, but i would take out the 2 spa's, and put in alyce leavinn 2 ss, if you want more durign the game you can kill dolls for them. it is a very specialised list, so if your just starting i would go for a more standerd alyce, 4 spas, killjoy sort of list. but it does have power, in my opinion your wicked dolls are never going to survive at 2 wd, and when one dies you become insig again. so i would just go for one or two for the poison buff, and let there melee attack make more. if you start with three your oponant will definatly kill one if you start on 2 and then make number 3 your oponent will probably be a bit tyed up. the basic idea would be use collodi and marionets to to sort of alpha strike your oponant. use puppet show and breath life to make all your dolls fast and a few of them melee experts, and use doll friends on a wicked doll so he can activate simultaniusly, activate one marrionet next to pull all the otheres to latter, then either, move the wiked doll up next and get your othere three marrionets to make 3 or 4 strikes each with posion 1 or do the marionets first to get you oponant down to 1 or 2 wd's then move the wiked up and kill them with that for a new wicked doll, all the time try to decimate there army with levi and alyce and make spa's that way. no good at multiple location captur but amazing at slaughter, claim jump, contain power and diliver a message, and with the whole dolls within 12" lose insignificant, and you have 4 dolls simultaniasly activate after collodi has made them fast, you can be good at the two evidence ones
  4. you do need 3. question on them, if you have 2 next to each othere so they give each other poison, then you get the trigger for poison 2 do you only get the bigest poison or do you get them added up im thinking collodi might be a nice adition to levi, you would have to make a specialised list, but he would give you really good speed, and when you get wear you want to be you fill them with stones, or even fill three and leav one quick to pull the otheres and collodi, also puppet's soul helps if your going for the outcast scheam to have more ss
  5. if they are near anything eles then you can chain to them, like a double blast can be chained to hit some of them and esaly kill 1 or 2, and pulse atacks can hurt them, there arnt meany, but there out there and if your not a de when they get to you then your toast, against blasty nasty crews like sonnia and raspy your better of going killjoy/ bette, maybe a necro punk if you want a guy to suicide next to the master and then activate them next to eat them up

  7. what are you guys using your preformer/maniquins for, im stuck because there are 4 difrent uses i can see, and i dont know witch his the most effectiv. 1) link the maniquin to colette/cassandra for the no weak damage buff, and leav the showgirl farther back as a resource for colette. 2) have the maniquin and the preformer stick together, so you can give the girl mask's to her ca for sirens call, and then poison things. 3) same as number 2 but have the maniquin linked to one of the leading lady's and then teleport the preformer to the maiquin. 4) link to one of the leading lady's and give the no weak damage buff, then teleport the showgirl forward but dont buff her jus let her do her own thing. what are you guys doing with yours
  8. he works but dosnt realy have any synergy, when you take a necro punk it lets you have alot off mobility witch levi cant normaly, so there good, and the belle's work really well to counter levi's short range so there good, but the teddy dosnt fill a missing role, or enhance an already strong role, so its good for its points like it is in any crew but its not better than its points in a levi list like some things are (bete noir, killjoy, jack), just my opinion
  9. i wouldnt bother with more hanged there not what levi is looking for really, even with the buff from jack, if you want more adaptability i would buy some necro punks cus there so quick and cheep, good for location capturs and stuff, or some belles for there lure, i know it seams like a waste, 4 ss jus for lure but it is well worth it with levi

  11. untill i get my hands on an ashes and dust (good modle with levi), then at 35 ss i tend to go levi: just kill's everything but slow rusty alice: rapid fire is nice, especialy if you can get a few hed shots, also anothere souce of spas, and can reactivate things. 4 spas: really week, but they can move suprisingly quick, and wants they become a De your on a roll, it can heal by atacking, or kill things for spas, and dont over look his pulse or aura. rotten bell: keep her near levi and rusty, and just pull peaple towords there death jack daw: i know he can be a saw subject, but i love him, with rusty you can just cut throught peaples hands and kill of models, also really good for holding a area cus he so tough to kill and with levi and rusty you get a 9 card hand or something, witch is a big advantage. also im a fan of necro punks for there crazzy speed, dogs cus there cheep wifs, im not so keen on killjoy but he does eat things up and bete noir is a monster as long as you dont stick her right in the middle of a fight, thats just what i like though. i have heard of peaple using joss, spiders (instant peralize), steamborg, peackeeper, ryle and the ss miner, i have heard good things about all of these depending on what you want your crew to do
  12. ok i get it guys thanks, i thought you could discard any time, because that makes it really week, marcus targets you for reactivate, you discard and he wasted his ap. I dont have my book 1 on me so could anyone tell me if most of marcus's things wp duels or moral duels, i cant remember and in my group of friends only one player uses living modles so far, so moral duels are a wast of time to try
  13. two really newbi questions, i know im sry, but im a bit stumped 1)why are raptors so good, the beast thing can be got ried of at any time by discarding two cards. 2) i get what alpher stricking is but how does marcus do it, can anyone explain the process.
  14. i sugest slaughter as the last one, its a realy cool idea to have all your guys line up after all there hard work (previous matches), and fight to the death, western style. and it lets them forget all the complicated stuff of the other strats and stop there head hurting and jus duke it out. its always slaughter that you hear the amazing storys of the master on master fights and stuff, and i think it rounds things of nicely and will give your guys stuff to talk about for a few sessions after

  16. also the watcher cant pull him as its not ht 2 or above, and jus noticed there is no point in giving hoffman armor, as his ability says take a constructs armor, not you may take, so you want to give anothere modle the armor bounes's not the hoff so the hoff can steal it of them. if you use stalwart on the peeckeeper and then protect it, the peackeeper gets armor 4 and as he never takes damage (the guardian dose) he dosnt trigger the down side of stalwart, and then the hoff can just steal armor 4 of the peackeeper, or in special ocasions shield wall the peackeeper then the hoff gets armor 6, and with overprotectiv you can afford to spend the first turn doing stalwart and protect, and from then on you only need to refresh stalwart, so he can run after the guys and stay near the hoff. sorry i ramble when i get ideas
  17. sadly the trigger for the shiald wall says "after resolving a duel with an enamy modle" so sadly you can trigger it yourself, anoying but true. I am slowly going of the hunter sadly, he dosnt have enough awsome in my opinion, i only ever use him to pull things close to hoffman, (hoffman is a melee beast, 6cb with a ram and crit, so his damage is basicly 4/5/7 at least and ignoring armor, amazing), my basic list at 35ss is hoff +4 ss cach peackeeper -9 ryle -8 mobile toolkit -4 guardian -7 2 watchers -6 5 cach tottal i basicly have the peackeeper pulling hoff with a guardian on his left or right, and a toolkit following up the rear, and ryle walking around within 4". the watchers, one stays at the back card sifting, and the othere goes forthe to mark targets and the like. the peackeeper runs up then pulls stuff to the hoff for a ss torch attack or a open circuit, hoff trys reactivating the peackeeper if he can, if not he jus mechine puppets it to pull things, the guardian keeps up by walking and then overprotectiv to keep up, and uses shield wall if posable. ryle gives me a ranged punch and i can control him to shoot more or make him reactivate to make swis chees. and the toolkit is jus there to heal, buff the hoff and be made slow by the hoff. In my opinion 3 constructs is the right amount to have next to hoff, 8 ca is a good number as it lets you cast his tough spells more often than you fail as long as you get the suite, and 5 damage open circuit lets you kill most small non construct swarmy things.
  18. i supose armor 2 is nice, but i plan on having hoff folllow the peackeeper around, so that gives me armor 2, and i can use hoff to make the big guy lash out or reactivate him, so the guardian armor would be surplus, but the guardian could take the hits and (0) heal i supose. im not a fan of joss in general, i play him with my ramos, but i find i always end up doing things in the rong order with his counters, thats just my prefrance (and supidity), i agree the steamborg is to costly and niche to work consistantly well with the hoff. im not seeing much love for ryle, what do peaple have against him, i read on a post today that hoffman can remove ryles not being a freindly cus his ability dosnt target ryle and ryles ability stopes him being targeted by freinds not effected, witch makes him alot better and if he is near the hoff he sudo gives hoff a ranged atack with machine pupet, or the hoff can heal him (even though i think the hoffs heal is way to costly, 15 and anothere sute to cast, with unmodifide ca thats 5 cards out of 54 that will cast it, and it requiers a dead construct, and hoffman is all about stoping them dieing in the first place), one of the reasons i like the moblie tollkit, is it alows me to heal something then through companion activate the hoff who can then make the tollkit slow (not that it maters) to gain fast, and if you have the cards you can reactivate the peackeeper again and link in so its activating after you, you can with your fast action make the peackeeper atack then activate the peackeeper again.
  19. its really hard to get the armor from the guardian, cus if he is trying to keep up with the hoff then he cant do the all action for sw, i dont think shadowing pulls him, i think drawn to metle just says when they make a move, meaning he cant be drawn to it cus shadowing lets you push = to your wk, but not actualy walk
  20. i know peaple might not like me saying this, but i think sonia is a possesd by a tyrant enterty, like rasputina. she has spells simaler to rasputina, she was hunting for things with the snake on them like hamlin was, and its possible shes possesd but hiding it, i mean it would make sens that a tyrant would want to be part of the guild, when tyrants take a human form they loses there ability to see everywear at once, so it would make sens for them to join an orgonisation that will let them get inforation from all over, and becus she works for they guild she wont be hunted by peaple like her, just a thought.

  22. can levi insta kill him as he has less than 2 wounds, and as his insta kill dosnt do any damage jack can defned against it
  23. cool dude it does help to see what you can have in one list, cus you always forget about something, it would be cool if this was made sticky for quick refrance, one thing, and this isnt a critiqu, what you have done is cool, but it would be cool to say what special forces group there in, i keep geting cought out wanting to put in molly and a ss miner and stuff, but good work dude
  24. alps dont bothere me much if you want to spend 18 ss on them thats up to you and if you are the kind of person to do that i probably wont play you that much. i play hoff, ramos and livictus mainly, with ramos i jus blow up spiders, i can spend about 9 ss worth of models, to blow them all up, or use and electrical creation, or use the gunsmith with blasts. with the hoff i can open circuit in the midle of them and there all dead or uses ryle's gattling gun to smush at least 3 or 4 of them, with levictus well i can eather use desolation (cant remember is dg output) or the de every strike makes me lose life but i can heal it up again. or jus 4 spas mean you have 4 df -> 9 dules, and i have rustys boobytraps, there is always a way, it may cost you, but i finde that the ratio usualy goes in my favor, and wial this onslaught is atacking me i just go for vp
