I just got an "Ek success" 1" punch last weekend! They make great tokens. It just takes some doing to get the artwork.

I still use GW primer. and just brush off the fuzz. It gets worse if you use a box or something for painting in. It seems like "paint hair".

true enough, however if he sends his spider bombs after them by turn two the dogs are in trouble and they are not strong enough to take on a spider or two. If they die then they dont get to send there tokens along.

I read it as you only get one (1) extra dog "Compainoned" for each one that gets it. Morty could get 2, Nico doesnt have companion. The only way the dogs can get there counters and give them to Nico in the same turn is if something dies on them. It takes an all action to searck for them. They then have no more actions for that turn. Nico cant use them if they are in the possesion of the dogs until they give them up.

Oh okay, I thought they were a resin cast insert and the same bases as Wyrd.

I think if you check out Miyuki-chan in Wonderland some of the stuff in there would be even better for Malifaux.

Do they ship with the round bases like the Wyrd ones do or are they just the inserts?

Just a thought, the dogs are out front and possibly 6" away if they go to max range. They have Df 5 and only Wd 3. They arent all that hard to kill. If you are having problems with them getting and passing tokens to Nico, just shoot them or spell one or two..you have now cut down his effectiveness at gathering parts. Ramos has those wonderful spider bombs, send a few on mission to kill the dogs and then you can make more later. They have the same speed, one lower Df and 6 more Wd. Nico player would be able to get one turn of searching before you hit his dogs.

I just got two of the W&N UNIVERSITY SERIES 233 brushes in size 0 &1. I got them for $10 each. Has anyone ever tried these ones? They are my first W&N brushes so I thought I would try them out.

Those look realy great, how are you speed painting them? Is it mostly drybrush or some other technique?

You're good with tables, could you sculpt the bear as well? I would love to see it if you did.

Im with ya on the space constraints Kel! I would kill for a big room like the one I had at my parents house. Be that as it may though I also have 3d and 2d tables. I love the tiles I got from Rakham back in the days they made Cadwallen. They look fantastic and can fill a 4x4 table. It s even easy to tell what terrain should have what effect. As for the 3d stuff I still have the original plastic and card buildings from Necromunda and Mordheim. But, for REAL sability I now make Hurst Arts buildings. Like Lego for adults you cant beat concreat for strength in your terrain! LOL:D

No worries, damage was minor, some dog earing of the corners and a bit of ruffing of the spine. Nothing serious. Some of it could have come from the handleing at the con or from the post... the envelope was a bit banged up...oh and the art looks SICK!!

A HUGE thank you to everyone that made it to GenCon this year. Eric, Nathan and all the guys who took the time out to sign my book! And, extra thanx to Angel of Menoth and St. Anger for looking after my book while it was at GenCon without me. It showed up in my mailbox today...a bit worse for wear as the box was too small to get it out without bending it and then tugging it out....:argh: It took longer to get here and cost a bit more in shipping but in the end it was totaly worth it!

LOL thats pretty good! My little brother pulled out the old 2600 a few years back and set it up...then I found an emulator and gave him all the old games we had for it on a cd.

Just wondering if anyone who has put Nicodem together can tell me where his pistol is supposed to go? I looked at the photo on his card (my book isnt here yet) and I cant see it there. I couldnt find a tab or peg for it to glue to yet. I only just found out thanx to one of the other guys here where to put the third stick of Dynomite on Papa Loco.

LOL I have never been able to stick to that rule! I have 4 crews already and I haven't even finished one of them yet...of course getting them two at a time doesnt realy help with the painting thing...I probably have to paint the wifes crews too...

It had some pretty strong and poignant messages to it as well...I wasnt expecting the depth to the movie when I saw it.

There is a unique deck..but its the same art and cards for each crew just different colours on the back. The art is sweet by the way! There is shuffling and you can also use a generic poker deck. The art is fun and it would depend on what you like to play to determine what boxes you start with. I got the Ortegas, Nicodem, Som'er Teeth, and the Viktorias. Those boxes will alow for a nice mix and mach with some of the Outlaws.
