  1. You could surely use Quick Draw on a model that's currently undergoing its Slow to Die action, however it serves no benefit, as the model is already considered to be killed (barring something like "love the job" which would miraculously resurrect the Executioner from the dead) so killing again isn't going to stop it. the Slow to Die model will still get off its final action just before it expires, and Perdita will have the one shot she gets from Quick Draw for no real benefit.
  2. 'cause, or cuz is a shortened version of Because (mostly cuz we're lazy typists) Another is prolly for probably th xD is a Smiley (big grin with glazed over eyes) the is Trademark, refers to somebody taking out a trademark in the world so "Real Life " means off-line in the cruel, cruel place known as reality.
  3. Burning Aura, specifically happens when a model is hist by a strike but before damage. However the attacker would still make a damage flip, The difference between Burning Aura and Burning Blood is that for Burning Blood to take effect, the defender actually has to be Damaged, so if the attacker flipped a black joker for damage they wouldn't suffer. However on Burning Aura, even if the attacker flipped a Black Joker on the Damage Flip, they would still suffer the effects. Even though the attacker died on the Strike, they would still get the damage flip because the damage flip is an effect of the Strike. Its also worded that way because Iggy has Martyr, if it only worked on damage, no one would suffer if he martyred the damage onto another Woe. Whereas with it being worded on being hit, he can slough off the damage onto another woe, while at the same time making his attacker suffer.
  4. So'mer can kedp his skeeters, but it costs. An ddreamer can summon daydreams after he manifests... So wouldn't consider those two to have much of a disadvantage
  5. If nekima becomes 'unfriendly' then all abilities that would benefit friendly models would no longer benefit them because she is no longer considered friendly to anyone.
  6. Terrfiying is a simple duel, in a simple duel there is no defender or attacker, its just a target number. Therefore Stubborn and Immune to Influence do not offer a bonus as both of them states that the bonus is when the model is a defender.
  7. Nope, Companion allows for you to simultaneous activate however pacify overrides this because Pacify states that as long as there are models that are NOT pacified that haven't activated, then this model can not activate. So while the totem has companion, Companion (a general rule) doesn't override Pacify (a specific Rule).
  8. Counter spell is required to be used after the cast is declared but before cards are flipped. Emphasis Mine.
  9. Ah, correct, forgot aboout that change in the Rules Manual. but Three-headed does wor because it is not melee expert or melee master.
  10. The initial damage is still the initial damage, just because it generates blasts it does not mean she can ignore them as she was the intended target. the blasts are collateral damage and only affects everyone who was not the initial target. from the Rules Manual pg 46: Since she's the initial target, she's not suffering damage. she's just suffering damage.
  11. I don't think it would be so. After all, Ramos is an upstanding Citizen in the Guild eyes, they only view him as the head on the union, not as some Arcanist scum. (unless you've read Twisting Fates, but not all of them think that) and Sonnia isn't exactly one of the guild favorites anyway.
  12. yes non-living and construct models can be made to fallback. They are only immune to terrifying morale duels, they are not immune to their effects. That's why Pandora's trigger is so evil is because it can make things like the Ice Golem and the Punk Zombies forced to fallback.
  13. The comment about different models was more of a, As opposed to Say Onslaught or trigger happy where you can pull off as many attacks as you have the cards for but only against the same target, you can't change the target with those triggers..
  14. <snip> And moreover, Three-headed and melee expert/master can be combined becasue they are two different abilities, so if you can find a way to give it melee exprt/master you can grant it to the sabretooth cerberus making him have a total of six attacks (against different models).
  15. The other reason is that shape change is fairly tough to pull off without hoarding cards.
  16. Slowed models means that they have less actions, but an (All) action means that its the only action the model takes, regardless of the total number of Actions the model has.
  17. When Myranda Transforms, you are Replacing the Myranda model with the rattler, you are not summoning it. So to give an example i'm sticking to my personal favorite combo: Last turn Myranda transformed into the Rattler, so we're starting as a Rattler. For her first action, she charges for 12 inches at some model. The Charge succeeds and she hits the target. So that's 1 action used. For her next step she uses the (0) to revert to Myranda, she uses her melee expert to strike again, then she uses her remaining action to shapechange into a sabertooth cerberus, now as a cerebus since she has full health, she uses the Cerberus Two-headed to make two more attacks killing the model So because of how this all works: (1) Charge model as snake (0) Revert (1) Melee Expert on Myranda (1) Shape change (2) attacks from Two-Headed.
  18. Trigger happy, Onslaught and Lilitus Double take all are against the same target, you can't change them in the middle.
  19. You know most keyboard can be run through the dishwasher without a problem, just have to make sure its thoroughly dried out before using it.
  20. You could always use December's Touch to armor the kitty up and give him Frozen Heart. And I can't see the Blessed spending that much time within 6" of Rasputina to be useful for Ice Mirror(that being said there are the Silent One's too)
  21. No you can't channel a (0) spell, and the wording is not a typo, its future proofing in the event some ability introduced later on allows for a (0) spell to be channeled,
  22. When the master is killed/sacrificed/otherwise deceased the nominated totem is immediately removed from play, just because it was declared to be activating simultaneously it does not get the activation, as the magic is gone and it is no longer able to perform its activation. Rules Manual pg10: Moral of the story, use the totem first before blowing up your master.
