saebjorn
Could someone clarify the correct base size for Santiago. The card says 30mm but someone told me it was 40mm. I didn't know if I missed an errata that changed it.
Mako
The only FAQ and errata that's valid these days is the one on the downloads section here: http://wyrd-games.net/community/files/file/21-malifaux-2e-faq-errata/ Which does not have him as having been errata'd to 40mm - he's a big guy, and will stand on the lip of the base if I remember right, but he's very definitely 30mm. Asyouwish78
The rock attached to his foot hangs off a bit. I just removed the rock It was needed and now he fits just fine ! Happy modeling
Red_Starrise
I had this very same Q myself. I actually cut the lip of the base to fit his rock & boot
Omenbringer
One easy trick for models that dont fit inside the lip of the supplied base (that I haven't seen mentioned yet) is to seal the bottom (or use the metal ones) then flip it over. It will provide some extra room for the model (since you wont have the lip) while keeping the correct size base. Sealing the bottom can be done a number of ways, I prefer a 50/50 mix of Green Stuff and Milliput.
The Godlyness
My Santiago has the rock in the center of the base and his foot touching the table. Super dynamic. Course if someone says they have los to his foot I will remind them the base is really him and the rule of cool need not apply.
