Rathpex
Not much talk going on about it. What are people's thoughts?
Fetid Strumpet
Buy it for the model sculpts because they are cool. Do not buy it for the Scenario or model rules because both are subpar.
Mehter
Valedictorian can be decent at things like Table Quarters with Nicodem, where Morti would be too slow. Other than that, ya.
Nayte
The model sculpts are pretty awesome. Haven't checked out the encounter rules with them yet.
Fetid Strumpet
The Valedictorian is way too expensive even in that role for what she brings. Bring two necro punks instead. Her model is very nice though. If I can ever manage to get some spare cash for models I won't use in the game ill definitely get them to paint as display pieces. Ausplosions
Meh. Rules are pretty sub par and snore inducing. Models are nice though!
LordZombie
Guess it depends on how you look at things. I liked it. For Wyrds first story encounter, it is not bad, it is not great, but not bad. Think there is going to be a review of it on Through The Breach podcast this Friday. Pierowmaniac
The models look very nice.
Mehter
She can tank pretty well. I've gotten some good use out of her. She's not the best thing we have, obviously, but I wouldn't say she's useless.
Rathpex
Unfortunately after posting this thread, I found the 40 page discussion... I bought them anyways...
Mehter
I also think the solo scenario can be fun if you're bored and just want to flip some cards.
Pigeonsmythe
I actually think these guys are pretty good. Sinew and Steel are quite situational but generally Viscera and the Valedictorian are ok. The speed of these two models is pretty reasonable. They cant hit anyway near as hard as a punk zombie (but if you run Nico you can just summon a punk/punks anyway). The terrifying (All) can also be very handy, even if the only effect is to force your opponent to occasionally use a card from their hand to hit the 12. I think the Lecture Notes zero action is incredibly good, Taking triggers away (particularly from masters and henchmen) early in a round can be quite catastrophic for lots or models. There are quite a few masters where their true effectiveness only begins if their trigger hits. I have quite enjoyed running them so far in a Nicodem list but i'll put the list in a Nico thread. Necris
I've not played them yet but I'm actually looking forward to having them romp armour, I'm quite interested to see how two or more sets affect a game
