Granted arcane asset could be seen more frequently on ramos type models if it is determined in playtesting to be problematic with levi/hoffman on how models synergize with them but at the same time I'd feel only the big point models could potentially see them with the exception being models that (metal gamin) basically neuter a in faction option (guardian in this specific instance). Granted though models in the 4-7 point range are normally fairly inline with each other balance wise so normally outside of elite 8+ options I would be surprised if many options had it if the cost of models was 7 or less. But hell i'm no developer so I could be wrong in my opinion on that. But I would be surprised outside of the elite side of models having hiring restrictions.
